Creative Insight Solutions provides counselling and therapy to individuals who are seeking to resolve specific issues identified within their personal or professional lives.

Robert Cuming has accreditation with the UK professional bodies the UKCP and mBACP. I work on a confidential one-to-one basis with clients in a safe and supportive environment to deal with:

Counselling offers short-term work to better understand the link between thoughts and feelings. It identifies the triggers for emotional distress and offers a practical solution for individual needs. The aim is to help facilitate awareness of underlying behavioural patterns in order to make more empowered future choices.

The longer-term psychotherapy work is relationship focused, placing emphasis on the confidential and trusting interaction between the counsellor and client. Through regular sessions, we will work to develop an insight into issues which may be hindering your personal and professional growth. Together we can also look to resolve traumatic childhood experiences and difficult past issues which may be impacting negatively on you today.
